Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 August 2026
This site is operated by Elysium Elite Ball Prepping, 1201 S Alma School Rd, Suite 5150, Mesa, Arizona 85210. It sells footballs and a preparation service, and this policy describes exactly what it collects to do that.
It is deliberately short, because the site does deliberately little. There is no advertising network, no third-party tracking pixel, and nothing here is sold or shared for marketing.
What we collect, and why
Only what an order needs. If you browse without buying, the only thing stored about you is a cart.
- Contact details — your email address, name and, if you give one, a phone number. Used to confirm the order and to reach you about it.
- Delivery details — the shipping and billing address you enter at checkout, so the football can be sent to you.
- Order details — what you bought, the price at the time, and the status of the work.
- Shipping details — the carrier and tracking numbers, both for a ball you send in and for the one we send back.
- Your basket — what you have added, held against a cookie so it survives a page reload.
- Your account, if you make one — the sign-in method you chose and a session cookie while you stay signed in.
Payment details
We never see them. Card numbers are entered in a frame served by Stripe, and PayPal collects its own sign-in in a window of its own. Neither passes those details to this site.
What this site stores is a reference — an identifier that lets us ask the payment provider about your order — and the amount. Stripe and PayPal each have their own privacy policies covering what they do with what they collect.
The Elysium AI assistant
Messages you type into the assistant are sent to the model service that generates the reply. This application does not write those messages to its database — there is no table for them — but the model service is a separate system that may keep its own logs.
Do not put card numbers, passwords or anything else sensitive into the assistant. It says so under the message box for the same reason it is repeated here.
Cookies
There are two, and neither is for advertising.
- A cart cookie, so the basket you filled is still there on the next page.
- A session cookie if you sign in, so you are not asked again on every page. It holds a random token; the server stores only a hash of it, so a copy of the database does not yield anything anybody could sign in with.
Logs and analytics
The site records basic interaction events — which page, which button — to find out where it is confusing. These go to Entropy Softworks' own systems and to nobody else's. They are not tied to an advertising profile.
To stop one visitor overwhelming the assistant or the checkout, the server counts recent requests against the connecting network address. That count is short-lived and is used for nothing else.
Who else sees your information
Only the parties needed to complete your order:
- Stripe and PayPal, to take payment.
- The shipping carrier, to deliver the football.
- Entropy Softworks, which builds and hosts this site for the shop.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept as business records — we have to know what was sold, to whom, and for how much. Carts expire on their own. Sign-in sessions expire, and signing out ends one immediately.
Your choices
You can order as a guest without making an account. If you have an account you can change your details or your password at any time from your profile.
To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, call the shop on 480-734-7449 or email the address on your order confirmation. Deleting an account does not delete the record of an order already placed, because that is a record of a sale.
Children
The shop's products are bought by adults, often for young players. The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them. A parent or coach buying for a player is the customer here.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
