What is being sold

Two things. Footballs, which we prepare before sending to you; and the preparation on its own, for a leather football you already own and send to the shop.

Every football sold here ships prepped. The preparation is added to your basket alongside the ball — one per football — and is not optional, because the shop does not sell an unprepared ball.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown at the moment you order. Your order records what you were charged, so a later price change never alters an order already placed.

Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal. An order is not confirmed until the payment provider confirms it.

Turnaround

The preparation is thirteen steps and adds about two weeks. For a ball you send in, that clock starts when the football reaches the shop in Mesa, not when you place the order.

Estimates are estimates. A squad-sized order, or a delay at the carrier, can move them.

Sending a football in

The preparation is for genuine leather footballs. A composite ball will not take it, which is why the form asks — send one in and we will contact you rather than prepare it.

Wait for our email before shipping. It carries the address and a Service Slip that has to go in the box, and a ball that arrives without one is a ball we cannot match to an order.

Getting the ball to the shop is your responsibility, including the cost and the risk in transit. We recommend a tracked service. We look after it from the moment it arrives until it is collected for return.

The work itself

Preparation changes a football's surface and grip — that is the point of it. It is done on an item that is already yours and already used, and the result varies with the condition of the ball you send.

If something goes wrong with the work, call the shop. We would rather hear about it.

Returns

An unused football in its original condition can be returned. Call the shop first so the return can be expected and matched to your order.

The preparation service itself cannot be returned once the work has been done. It is labour on your own property, and there is no undoing it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has them.

We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site — placing fake orders, or attacking the checkout or the assistant.

The assistant

Elysium AI is software, not a person. It is useful for what the shop sells, what the preparation involves and how to send a ball in. It can be wrong, and nothing it says changes these terms, a price, or a delivery estimate — the order confirmation is what counts.

Limits

The shop's responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Arizona or United States law that cannot be limited.
