Genuine leather only — a Wilson GST, The Duke, a Nike Vapor One and the like. The treatments and the heat do not work on synthetic or composite balls and can damage them, so we cannot prep one and we would rather say so now than after you have paid to ship it.
What happens after you order
- 01We email you a prepaid shipping labelAlready addressed and paid for, with a Service Slip to put in the box so your ball is matched to your order the moment it lands.
- 02You ship the ball to the shopPrint the label, tape it to the box, and hand it in. Nothing to pay at the counter.
- 03Two weeks, then it comes backCounted from the day it reaches the shop, not the day you ship it. We email you when it lands and again when it ships back.
